Light Cannons- Blast of light beams shot from Ramon's hands (Low)
Solar Flare- Energy gathering technique where Ramon gathers energy from the sun and casts it a a gigantic flare of light making it hard to see for a short period of time (High)
Hard Light- A defense that's made with the lightest usage of light but such a hard defense to break when used. (Medium)
Luxify- Founded in the Monroe family line of people of Lux are able to amp there weapon with light surrounding light Lux users outlining in the day but this grants extra power in their weapon but the amount of light used onto it can vary your stamina drop (Low-High)
Lightspeed- Combined speed and light energy on hands used to cause high damage to the enemy (High)

Personality: Ramon is your type of guy who is sweet and sour. He's kind hearted to the ones he loves and cares for. His sour side is his unpleasant side when coco off or such and your type of guy to say something ignorant or smartelic or just completely go off on somebody. He loves helping people out with anything if he knows how to do it or just out of pure kindness. Ramon had quite the curiosity for new things he comes across or just likes
To start Ramon's History off, the Monroe Family is Ramon's mothers side of the Family. The family has its huge legacy of Lux users. But more than anything, males born into the Monroe Family is rare somehow and only happens every 50 years or so. Ramon's mother, Carol Monroe happened to gave birth to that male that comes during so many years. His mother was happy to give birth to that child. Ramon has grown up to be one of the best Lux users in the Family. He has lived his childhood years in the Monroe Mansion that has been around for many decades. He loved what had been offered in the mansion over the years as a kid. When Ramon turned 13, his mother gave him her crossbows. It was high tech, not even Dexlabs or MI tech, something she's crafted over the years evolution of what new tech had to offer. She also began teaching Ramon more about his Light Powers and worked a lot with learning light techniques and some unique things the Monroe's have come up with. A year has come by and Ramon now has been inproving a lot with the power of Light and is very skilled with his Crossbows he has gotten from his mother and has decided to fight in the battle against Fuse and other Evils.

This is more of a personality, unless you mean he doesn't do well under pressure.Weaknesses-

To start off, it looks great all the way up to the history. The history is lengthy and I think it needs to be either shortened or chunk it into separate paragraphs.
