Name: Louis Mason/Numbuh Trick-Shot

Age: 9

Ethnicity: Caucasian

Race: Human

Allegiance: Heroes

Origins: Human

Powers: None aside from Louis' skill in archery, though he does have several different kinds of arrows that have different abilities and effects. Any one of Louis' specially designed arrows can be augmented with any of the below abilities thanks to a device built into his quiver, but only once each.

Classic Arrow – Just a regular old arrow with a sharp pointed arrowhead. Louis prefers to only use this kind of arrow against Fusions, given how much damage it could cause to a person.

Taser Arrow – An electrically charged arrow that acts like a taser, as the name implies. If shot at the ground, it can electrically charge the area around it and anyone within that area. It's also handy for recharging power to something that needs it, though it can also fry the device if Louis isn't careful.

Frozen Arrow – An arrow that contains a chemical that freezes anything it comes into contact with in a block of ice. If it hits a person, it'll freeze about a quarter of their body around the area that was hit. For example, if it were to hit someone's arm, it would freeze that arm and about half their torso on that side.

Flame Arrow – An arrow that can set anything even remotely flammable on fire. If used on a person, it'll cause severe burns, which is why Louis prefers not to use this arrow against people.

Pepper Arrow – An arrow that releases a pepper spray-like gas that will temporarily blind anyone who comes into contact with it and cause severe pain to their eyes.

Appearance: Louis has fairly short brown hair and blue eyes. He usually wears a typical green and black Kids Next Door uniform even when he's not on duty, though rarely wears the helmet that goes along with it. The place on his uniform that would normally list an operative's Numbuh says “Trick-Shot” on it, since that's his codename.

The main things that set him apart from other operatives in appearance is the black quiver on his back that holds his arrows, as well as his green and black recurve bow that can be reformed into a much smaller watch-looking device on his wrist.

Strengths:

1. Louis is incredibly skilled as an archer, able to hit just about any stationary target within a reasonable distance, as well as most moving targets. He's also very skilled at aiming with the majority of ranged weapons, as well as with many recreational activities, such as darts.

2. Louis is an expert in tactical situations, able to quickly decide the best course of action in combat provided he has the necessary knowledge of the situation. Because of this, he also makes a good leader when one is necessary.

3. Louis has combat training outside of archery, mainly martial arts, which he can use when he's unarmed or when an enemy gets too close to shoot from a distance. In addition, he also has some training in acrobatics, making him fast and agile both in and out of combat.

Weaknesses:

1. Louis isn't very tech savvy... at all. He knows how to use his bow and arrows, but he doesn't know much about how they work, so if he needs any repairs done, he needs to find a specialized mechanic to fix them. Outside of his weapon, he barely knows how to get his NanoCom to work aside from communicating and summoning his Nanos. He's also terrible at video games.

2. Louis follows his orders to the letter. This is usually a positive trait, but at times, it can be detrimental. When Louis has orders, they instantly become his number one priority, regardless of the situation, which can lead to his family and friends feeling as if he cares more about his mission than them. He also has a very strict interpretation of his orders, usually following them in his mission giver's exact words, and gets annoyed when others try to carry the mission out in a different way. The only exceptions to this weakness are when his family and/or friends are in danger or he feels his orders are morally questionable.

3. Louis has a strong distrust for most adults. He rarely trusts what they have to say unless there's proof to back them up, and even then keeps a close eye on them in case they plan on betraying him. That said, there are a few adults he genuinely likes and respects, such as his parents. Teenagers are a slightly different case, as Louis doesn't necessarily distrust or dislike them, but he feels that the majority of them are crazy idiots who are more of a threat to themselves than they are to kids. Again, there are exceptions in his mind, such as some of his friends and Michael.

Personality: Louis is a generally good and honest kid. He's also a bit of a boy scout, and when he's not on a mission, he's usually trying to help people who need it. He's nice to just about everyone under the age of 13 and will generally give teenagers the benefit of the doubt, but as mentioned above, he's distrustful of most adults. When on duty, he follows almost all orders without question, and is proud to be a member of the Kids Next Door. However, at times he can become a bit too focused on his job and end up neglecting his family and friends.

The main reason he signed up for the KND was to protect people, and he feels that there's no such thing as acceptable losses, even for adults. He has the tendency to blame himself if something goes wrong during a mission, even if it wasn't his fault, and especially if someone is seriously injured or even killed. He's also a bit of a deadpan snarker.

History: Due to Louis' age, he can barely remember a time when Planet Fusion wasn't in the Earth's sky. When he was younger, he wanted to go with his brother Michael on some of his adventures, but he was told he was too young, so he didn't get to spend as much time with him as he would have liked. His childhood so far has been relatively average, though at the age of 8, he ended up trapped in a fight against some Fusions.

He was saved by a few agents of the Kids Next Door, which caused him to idolize the organization and decide that he wanted to join them to help and protect people from Fuse and other threats. It took a lot of training and work on his part, but he finally made it into the KND. After several months of training, he's come back to Townsville to live with his parents and Michael again. He's been assigned basic guard duty in Townsville, where he acts as a sort of patrol agent and goes wherever in the city that the KND need him. It's a fairly average and usually boring job, but he hopes that even a small job will give him the opportunity to help people.

Do you use Nanos: Yes

I think he needs a bit more negative and positive traits and expand his history a bit.

Is he assigned to any sector? Or is he with the Moonbase? If he's with a sector, how is his interactions with his teammates?
