While in his masked form he has;
Enhanced strength, speed, and durability. He won't be fighting planet busters, but with some planning, he could give a tetramand a run for their money (med)
Energy enhanced attacks. He can perform three levels of finishing attacks that boost his power by half, double, or even triple what he could normally do. These attacks drain him, though and doing multiple in a row could incapacitate him (strong)
Again, all of his powers are limited to when he's using his armor. Meaning he has to have his equipment, have enough time to transform, and ensure he isn't forced to detransform by the system or by his opponent.

Above average intelligence, below average common sense. Everan is a shoot and ask questions at the same time type of person since, to him, it kills two birds with one stone.
He's the type to try and keep the mood light. He enjoys joking with people and is adamant about breaking the ice in a memorable way. And, just, saying things to catch people off guard is a hobby of his. This has formed into a bad habit of pushing the envelope at times and getting too comfortable a little to fast.
When he gets mad, though, he acts like a kid. He's snippy, temperamental, and moody. And nothing but loving affection can stop his rage. Moving from hate to love, though, he's never had a romantic experience. Like, ever.
But overall he's a happy dude. He likes respecting others, playing around, and learning new things. He's in it for the people and wants to make a difference.
Biography:
tl;dr: Everan, a smart and troublesome kid, had a smart, not-troublesome friend named Connor and was set up to live a super normal life. That stopped once he started a trip around Europe. When he got back Connor had started making a superhero suit. Aliens invaded, Connor died using the superhero suit ‘cause of a heart disease he had, Everan was given the task to make the future, and now he lives in City Station.
Inventory: Futering Belt: The belt buckle item he uses to transform into his masked form, Mirai. Connor designed it with Everan in mind, but so long as they know how to turn it on, anyone could use it.
Watcherz: Everan came up with that name, claiming that there needed to be at least one fun name. He has 6 of them. He places them into the futuring belt to activate a unique form as Mirai. Currently only one of them is activated for use. It lets Everan access Mirai’s main form. Connor’s recordings indicate that the inactive watcherz have forms programmed into them, but that they need more field data. And that once they do, they’ll activate on their own.
Jikan Tool: Normally a small portable phone. It has an app on it that can transform it into it's weapon mode. A pole extends out from the bottom and it can project energy into one of three shapes; a small scythe blade, a spear tip, or a hook. The phone's touch screen changes to let Everan choose which form he wants the tool to take or perform a finishing attack. Each of the options are presented like an app (pictured in the sketches) and there's an option to transform it back into a phone.

Strengths:
- Tinkery: Everan likes to tinker and understands big science stuff. (The vocabulary goes over his head, though)
- Sociable: Even if he is a bit blunt at times, Everan enjoys being around people. Talking and having a good time socialising are some of his favorite things to do.
- Kind: To a fault, this boy will jump head first into danger for anyone.
"Masked form, what's that? Let me transform in front of so many people just to help a little girl get away"
He has, on more than one occasion, transformed just to get the extra jumping power so that a kid didn't have to lose their balloon.
Weaknesses:
- Untrained: Everan barely passed PE in school and hasn’t taken a single self defense class, he doesn’t know what he’s doing with his body in a fight.
- Impatient: In his words, he’s “straightforward and practical”. In anyone else’s words, he runs ahead without thinking and plans things as he goes.
- Childish: He’s impolite, brash, and short tempered. And while he likes to keep things light-hearted and fun, he’ll throw hands. He’s got nothing to lose.

- Sweets (sour stuff especially, but not the make your mouth bleed kind)

- He likes Gangreen Gang's music, but he can't tell if it's because they're good musicians or if they're so bad it's good

- His secret identity. He finds it too inconvenient to hide before transforming, to the point that he's now only worried about avoiding being filmed while doing it, a cameraless civilian is a better civilian to him.

He was a smart kid, bit of a troublemaker. The only person that could keep up with him was his neighbor, schoolmate, and the residential sick, disabled, and super intelligent stereotype, a boy named Connor.
The two of them were just the best of friends. They never quite got into hijinks. The time they spent together was quiet. They had nice talks.
After highschool, Everan wanted to see more of the world than just Bellwood and to learn about it from the best way he could think of; getting out of the US. So with help from family and with a long list of hostels he could stay at, he set off across the world.
While abroad, he found a love for life that he hadn't experienced before. He learned how to connect with people, in spite of whatever differences might exist between them.
When he got back, he found Connor was in college and trying to work for Dexlabs. But explained that he wanted to improve his credentials and to that end had begun work on what he called 'Project Futuring'. Connor asked Everan to help him create and test his designs.
The two worked hard and diligently for over a year. Everan managed stress tests on weapons and armor seeing what they could handle and how they would affect the user. He was the one to come up with the idea of the system disengaging when the wearer was too fatigued. Connor worked out the logistics of the system, the coding, the interface, the sound design, and the power. That all kept up until the day of the invasion. Their lab was hit and mostly destroyed in the initial attack.
Everan and Connor got to work helping people by using what they'd managed to finish of Project Futuring. That being the Jikan Tool and the Mirai form.
Connor fought off fusion monsters using the armor they'd made while Everan used the finished Jikan Tool. They managed to stall enough for everyone nearby to escape. But as the two followed, Connor collapsed.
The system had taken a toll on him. Everan pulled the two behind some rubble and held his friend closely. Connor wanted Everan to know that he wasn't allowed to blame himself for what was to come. He then asked Everan if had ever explained what 'futuring' meant. He explained that he had made it up, to mean "Make the future."
The service was held as soon as it could be.
Connor left Everan instructions in his will. They led Everan to small case that survived the lab's destruction. It contained 5 black Watcherz and two empty slots for the Mirai Watcher and the Futuring Belt. Another box contained a series of recordings Connor left Everan that detailed the more intricate aspects of Project Futuring and a note.
The note read, "Futuring (noun): the activity of making a future worth seeing".
It took a few weeks, but Everan found an apartment in City Station. He left Bellwood and moved in. He got to work putting together a new life, a new future.
Everan's been in town for about a week now. He runs an oddjob repair service to make ends meet. When he can, he transforms into Mirai and helps with the effort against Fuse.

First and foremost, at this time, characters cannot come from the Future. You're going to need to change the details of his backstory that deal with that.
Also, this sounds really similar to Kamen Rider Zi-O. It's fine to be inspired by something, but this looks ripped straight out of it. Could you make changes to this character to better showcase its originality?

This is a character's power origin, not where they come from. Since your character has no powers of their own, you would put N/A here.Origins:

How are these weaknesses? These sound like strengths to me. Perhaps a better way to phrase his poker face is overconfidence? As for the other one, what exactly is the weakness part of it? Tunnel vision?Cocky Poker Face: In spite of his insecurities, Everan has an excellent poker face called over confidence and comedy. Anyone who decides to year down this facade could very well tear him down, too.
He's Practical: Very straightforward with his solutions. If there's something that requires patience to get through, hell spend more effort calculating a way to punch the problem away.

oh my god, I completely forgot about the mirai driver, thanks for pointing that out!
I changed up the weaknesses, changed some item names and descriptions, and the origin. I also changed the tl;dr for the new origin (still writing the full version) and I tried to lean more into my ideas and less on the KR inspirations.

Just to be clear, how long of a time period is this? Everan went to Europe for awhile after graduating high school, and this sounds like a massive project. The kind of undertaking that doesn't seem like a major breakthrough could be accomplished in the span of a few months. The project isn't done yet, but its at a point of being usable and functional in real world scenarios. I'd like you to elaborate on the development and testing process, especially since later on in the history it seems that there's huge risks that they missed.The two worked hard and diligently until the day of the invasion. Ok, so he's untrained with no self defense or pass PE. How does that affect his combat abilities. Does it mean he's not as proficient in combat?

Yeah, basically. Like, remember Ben at the start of his series? With all the flailing around with punches and kicks?

I'm liking the concept of this character.
In his bio, Everan is detailed to have graduated high school, taken a stint across the world, and worked with Connor for a year after that. Yet, earlier Everan is listed as only being 18. It would make a bit more sense for him to be 20 or 21ish. Or perhaps he's a genius and graduated high school at a younger age? Can you elaborate on this?

I can elaborate! I forgot how old high school seniors are.
So I was trying to work around that, fit in at least half a year abroad, and get that year of working with Connor. But when you put that all into perspective, yeah he should be older.
