The Open Mall

Roxie Leeblossom took with a soda in her hand. She hadn't been out much to relax since the invasion, but figured today might be good since her mom is cleaning the house. She walks along, browsing the stores.

As you walked you notice a winged EVO just in the corner of your eye. Light Skotos appeared to be browsing the stores, just at a rather safe distance. Keeping her wings closely tight her body, like a cloak. The store in front was some sort adventure shop.

Roxie pauses at the sight of the EVO, particularly their wings. The four spiderlegs protruding from her back twitched before sinking and hugging Roxie's body tightly, similar to how the EVO kept their wings tight.

Light was still preoccupied with the adventure shop. The window showcase many assorted maps, books of ol' tales, and ancient weapons. She really wanted to go inside, as her face was stuck in awe at the items. But the EVO was couldn't push herself to it... She was rather worried of the humans, and that they may kick her out before she could even explore it herself.

Roxie takes a glance at the storefront the EVO stared at, her face dropping into a confused expression. She knew Townsville was home to a lot of different types of people, (herself included), but didn't expect an EVO to be staring at this merchandise. The girl keeps walking past, but continues to take some glances back. 'Providence is far away. Surely the EVO has traveled enough. What's keeping her from just going inside?'

Light notices the store was being managed by a few humans. A situation she just dreads to cross paths with. Her ideal way of looking at the store, and not being accused for bad construct was on list of doing "normal" things. Especially if she could buy a cool map or a book. But nevertheless, the EVO let out an annoying sigh, and back up from the joint. She was unaware of anyone else watching her for this long, until she spotted an unusual human that walked past her.

Light suddenly tense up, before realizing how long HAS she been standing here. She was almost curious why didn't the unusual human stopped... The EVO decided to follow them.

High above the buildings, even higher than the clouds, a sliver of a crack appears across the sky, unnoticeable to human eyes. From out of this crack falls a small item, and the crack disappears as instantly as it appeared. This small item lazily floats downward, revealing itself to be a harmless, piece of parchment. A blank side to the page suddenly, magically, begins to form words.

How did I get up here?
I was just in Nowhere a second ago.
Wait, am I free falling!?!?

A small gust of wind directs the parchment in the direct of the Sunken Mall's food court.

Being a helpless little parchment, Note is at its whim.

Although he's not happy.
