Powers:Pyrokinesis
Enhanced Strength
Enhanced Durability

Limited Terrakinesis
Cryokinesis (cold virus)
Enhanced Speed (via Propulsion)

Appearance: A humanoid fiery with magma and scorching hot flames surrounding
his body.

Strengths: He is a very quick thinker meaning he is a excellent problem solver, Cosmo
is a strong advisory meaning that he gains the trust of many people and creates strong bonds with his closets friends that he met on earth. Also Cosmo master pyrotechnic being able to create things such as magma barriers that protects him from enemies into tiny versions of suns that can temporarily disable his enemies vision.

Weaknesses: Water disables all his powers for a certain amount of times. Is afraid of heights making his flying very uneasy and sometimes causes him to get himself hurt
and he is claustrophobic giving some enemies advantages over him. Because Cosmo needs to keep his emotions in check it adds another thought in his head which sometimes could distract him in battle.

Personality: Cosmo is a very kind hearted serious Pyronite from planet pyros. However if he becomes very angry he loses control over his powers making his flames grow and burning his surroundings. He is only reached that level of angriness once in his life after losing his parents to Vilgax while he attempted to conquer the scorching hot planet. But Pyronites cannot extinguish their flames at that rate or else it will shorten their life spans. Ever since the incident Cosmo has practiced the ancient art of
tranquility and thanks to it he has mastered most of his abilities and can control his emotions at the expense that he cant be as power full as he is capable unless he lets go of his seal of tranquility. Cosmo is also very loyal and has strong commitment.

History: After hearing about planets around him being consumed by Fuse Cosmo takes off in his planets Arcane ships, which are tiny stars that launch off into a destination. Soon he finds himself crash landing into planet earth where he is found by Computress and brought to Dexter where he is given to Asmuth in Ship(The Galvanic mechamorph)
and is trained by Gwen, Ben, and Kevin through series of missions given to him. After he completed his training he decided to go on his own. After about a month of taking down fusion portals and infected zone fusion bosses he finds himself overwhelmed by Batty Bloodsuckers(The fusions from endsville) but luckily for him he was being attack on the same day Grim likes to take his afternoon jogs ("No one is sure why Grim bothers to do so while earth is being invaded but we pretend like we don't care") and of course the Grim Reaper himself slashes away at the Bloodsuckers as if they where thin pieces of paper! Cosmo thanks Grim and because of his strong loyalty he  promises to stay at Grim's side and become stronger so he wont need anymore help when fighting against fusions. Cosmo's relationship with Grim becomes very strong and they find themselves going into battle very commonly!

You need at least three. Quick thinker can fall under good problem solver and you can even make a case that using the field to your advantage falls under problem solver.

Personality
Expand on it. What other basic emotions does he have? Is he shy? Does he easily anger? Does he have a high sense of duty since he flew to the great unknown as soon as he learned about Fuse? There is a lot more that needs to be added because right now he is rather static.

What exactly pushes him to the point that he explodes and burns everything? How does he respond once he calms down? Does he remember burning everything or no? Does he do anything in order to reprimand the damage caused?

Soon he finds himself crash landing into planet earth where he is found by Dextress and brought to Dexter where he is added into the fight against fuse.
I think you mean Computress when you say Dextress, but beside that, what happens next? Is he still training in the Academy? Was he handed over to the plumbers since they're better equipped to handle aliens? Has anything else of note happen to him since coming to Earth? What was his reaction to seeing a race that he had never encountered before in humans?

I would like to have more of a history of his early life. The history just feels rather incompletely. Also, we don't have ship stay in that giant ship form at all.

The Grim thing, I don't really see him as the type to just make friends. The only friends he made, he made cause of a bet and it took a very long time for him to accept that they are his best friends and that he essentially loves them (also took the world ending, but that's neither here nor there). While it's fine for him to obsess over trying to be friends with Grim, he shouldn't expect Grim to accept his friendship anytime soon. He also wouldn't save someone that was about to die, he would have let it happen because he still cares about his job a lot.

Grim wouldn't go into battle. He'd sit on the sidelines and wait for people to die. He also wouldn't make friends with anyone. He's only friends with Billy and Mandy because because he lost a bet.

I dunno, Grim's not incapable of friend-making.  He definitely wouldn't fight if it weren't for his own sake though.
