The young-man stands at below-average height supported his pitch black messy long haircut falling down his ears to his shoulder, he mostly swing around with long green coat that compliment his green eyes. He managed to "borrow" one of the blue Urban Rangers and a Chocolate Stick staff . He has a thin slim body, but constantly tries to hide it. He usually uses the sword as a walking bin.

Strengths: He's very persuasive, he can get out of danger mostly by using his words and can convince most people to do their biding, he also can push people's buttons.
He's adaptive to certain situations and places, after traveling parts of Townsville and Ooo he became resourceful and careful. He could negativate well around Ooo and The Wilds. He's very knowledgeable about the world around him and shows great interest in stargeic planning, the characters they meet and weak points on the fusions he encounters along the way by his researchers on alien, magic and fusion activities. He's very resourceful with information.



Weaknesses: He lacks social empathy. Not much for the social type, Barack have it hard to connect to others, usually getting eyebrows raised over his actions. He won't admit it's making his life harder, but keeping himself away from others has been what he always known. It causes him to be viewed harshly by people and not get much support from his fellow soldiers, his reputation makes people's question his reliability in the war efforts. He's not trusted upon by others.
Barack suffers for major rage issues whenever stuff won't go his way, usually lashing out on whatever he could find at the moment, some junk or even a fusion. He tries his best to not attack another human being but he's one to starts arguements on staregeic planning. Barack doesn't use many guns, poor eyesight keeps him in close range to his enemies. He won't put on glasses.

Likes: 
Mostly living alone, Barack enjoys cooking to rock bands. He enjoys roadtrips and nature, have clear interest to the unknown and to frightening tales like whatever is going on in Nowhere. Although never having the extra money to, he enjoys listening to concerts, sometime sneaking in Sunny's Bridges Auditorium. He has a clear attraction to the luxury life, usually taking a break from fighting to spend time in other's people swimming pools and slacking off.

Dislikes: Since his decommsion, Barack has unexplainable hatred to the KND, a some sort of a hunch. He wont really indulge himself in heroic activities unless he profits from them. Although his lack of manners, he shows grave hatred toward bullies and usually stick up to who he deems an underground character. He prefers to not interact with Vilgax at any cost, admitting Vilgax is terrifying. He also has distaste to glasses, tipping them off as nerdy and not like his image.

 
Personality: Being in the system for a long period of time, Barack became disattached from any parental guiding, he's not keen to follow directions much and usually go off to his own thing, he's snarky and shows attitude towards any scenarios, he usually valid his own life against his commards but will keep them safe to assure his place and safety. He's very closed off and don't know much about how to express himself, but he seems to know a lot about people's desires and needs. He won't admit he cares but will act to the betterment of his teammates if they're on his liking. Whenever discussing some of the world's wonders, Barack really opens up and show his investment on those subjects, even going happily out of character to express himself.

Biography: 
Barack Goldboy is the self entitled name Barack gave himself while waiting to be adopted in the adoption centers, no details on his biogical parents. From early age Barack was exposed to alien activities of the world, being in the midst of one of Vilgax's attacks, traumatizing the young boy and damaging his eye-sight to a point he needs glasses, but he never uses. After being in the cross fire of one of Vilgax's laser beams, Barak suffered a devastating blow to his eyes and being in recovery for a few months, leaving him unable to see for a distance. Ever since then Barak has a phobia of lasers, that's why he mainly uses a staff and swords instead of rifles.
Since the attack, Barack spent most of his days searching about alien activities throughout the worlds and beyond, to a point he got noticed by the KND, he has been trained in strategic thinking and learned about the many wonders and danfers of the world's villains. He lived in the KND Moonbase until his decommsion,  he didn't take it well and shows strong resentment to KND operatives around the world. He returned to Earth, suffering from amnesia but vividly recalling his studies about heroes and villains throughout the land.

After deeming himself to be too old to stay at adoption centers, Barack tried to make a living hoping from place to place. He spent time in Foster disguised as an imaginary friend until he was called out by Coco, he snuck to Camp Kidney during the winter when its campers were in schools. He even went up to Ooo for time beings. Quickly, he began to develop numours scheming techniques and would down-right steal tarros and food however he could, at first he felt regretful for his actions but as the years went on by, his actions became a regularity. Barack would resort to Goat's Junkyard, after "saving up" to an RV and living off what scraps he could've sell without Goat's notice.

When Planet Fusion arrived on Earth, Barack would see its arrival as a positive change for him, a way for him to study up close about alien species, he soon enough joined the academy in hopes to keep his past what it is, usually lying to others about his reputation and family. Although lacking greatly in social integrity, Barack shows knowledge of numours world phenomenals, due to his malicious life, Barack usually picks fights with other people he resent or feel jealous of. What makes him unbearable to other soldiers. After completing the academy training, Barack tries to gain tarros for his purposes, usually trying to trick others to do his biding and to get out of dangerous situations in ease.

His biggest desire is to buy a house around Bravo Beach's luxurious sweets and live a quiet, easy life. He sometimes fake a limp with his staff to get people to help him in certain situations. He lives in an RV parked around Goat's Junkyard where he gathers weapons and scarp he doesn't need and usually trade them for tarros.

This is where your character stands on the moral compass. Are they heroic? Do they lean closer to being bad? Are they neutral? What you described here would fall under Affiliation, which is an optional section of the form.

Dial back on this. Being good with his words is fine, but he can't just successfully trick everyone.

He's mobile, living in an RV he saved up on his own, he can support the commards around him with a moblized base, a place to gather up and stack weapons and loots.

This is not a strength. This is a fact about the character. This does not show the good side of him nor is it something he can be particularly talented in.

As is, this is more personality trait than straight up weakness. Also I don't know if empathy is the way to describe this. How does this make his life harder? Does this inability to form connections bring him down? Does he feel like a failure because he can't do it? This is a good starting point for a weakness, but it needs to be expanded on to be a full out weakness.

Sunny Bridges' Auditorium is currently an Infected Zone, so unless this happened before Fusionfall, he currently isn't doing that.

Since his decommsion, Barack has unexplainable hatred to the KND, usually he won't team up with their operatives and wouldn't enter S.C.A.M.P.E.Rs, instead going above them and snatching rides unnoticed.

How? S.C.A.M.P.E.Rs are spread throughout the world, but there aren't many vehicles that could go above them in regular areas.

The Decommissioning process would strip him of all of his memories of being apart of the K.N.D. Why does he resent the organization now if he has no memory of being a member?

On behalf of his relationship with the KND;
It's more of a hunch rather than full on villainous intents, resembling how there are teenagers that pick on kids. My intentions were that along the lines he question his hatred to the KND until he finds out about his past.

But how would he find that truth? I don't think any KND member would tell him, unless a teen ninja stole files from their systems (which idk how they'd do that) and slipped the info to him, that's the only way I can see him ever finding out

I would want to say that a mistell by Chad or Numbuh 362 caused him to question himself.

I can see it being Chad jsut due to his undercover nature

So what did Vilgax do exactly that damaged his eye-sight specifically? Did he try gouging out his eyes or something? Was there something about his ship's or his weapons that did damage to human eyes? The eye thing can be better incorporated into his backstory; right now it feels just thrown in.

- I've added more. I would see Barak to use his poor long distance eye-sight as a way to con people to help him.

Since he has to be so up close to fight, would it be safe to assume he has no depth perception at all. And would it be possible to make everything less block of text? It helps with reading the content.

Also, you've not put in an alignment in where he stands, is he a true neutral, neutral good, chaotic evil or something else.

He had mostly taken over tactical assignment and preserving information about villains known to the children of the Earth.

so he was probably the one in the job numbuh 86 was in later on? I'd add in the history that he was the one that decided on tactical assignment for KND missions or something.

since he has such poor vision, how does he even drive his RV? No DMV in the world would allow him to get a license unless he wore glasses or something that made his vision better.

I'd like to believe that in the world's futuristic setting there are automatic driving options for vehicles.

Its always possible, but I would still think he'd need a license just in case. but this is just me asking basic questions.

Then I would have him put on his glasses whenever he's driving, but he feels extremely awkward and uncomfortable when they're on.

What i meant is even with the self driving, he still has to have a license just in case. He can of course lie to the DVM saying he has great vision.

He could've passed the test by sheer luck, or that his test was cut off by one of Megas's fights so he passed on automatically.
