                    Power of Flight: Levi can grow demon wings and fly but it takes a lot more            stamina then just walking or running. medium
           
          Demon Sword: Using his mother's sword, Levi has become very skilled when in close ranged combat. The sword is summoned through a symbol burnt to his hand when he was given the sword. Medium

         Shooting Fire: Levi has the ability to shoot fire from his hands and mouth. however, the more he uses it at a single time the less effective it becomes. Medium

         Ash: If Levi needs to escape he spews out ash all around him and is unable to be seen until it clears. Low

         Lightning Beam- During a rainstorm his fire powers are weakened, due to  this Levi can call down lightning, however he can only control the general direction. it can completely miss its target or hit dead on, it ranges. Medium

        Claws- if Levi's sword fails him he always has really sharp claws that if needed to be used can be. Low

Appearance- When his sword isn't summoned he looks like a regular teen. he is 5'10, has black hair, green eyes, and loves to wear black and green. when is sword is summoned he gains an appearance of his demon side. his hair spikes up a little, his right eye turns red, ears become pointed, grows claws and demonic wings, and his teeth become sharp.

Strengths- Levi excels at close ranged combat his skills with his sword and claws prove it

              Levi is quick on his feet and can usually adapt to any surrounding.

              Levi has a calm and cool mind. There isn't a lot that can make him flustered enough to act out of line or stupidly.

             Levi's flying is top notch. He learned how to fly properly at a very young age

Weaknesses- Levi can't use his fire abilities or fly when it is raining or he is covered in water.

                 In his human form he isn't capable of much so if caught off guard, Levi doesn't stand a chance.

                Levi isn't trusting of anyone that is a human making very few exceptions. this limits allies and increases enemies he makes.

               Levi never went to school so he isn't that smart when it comes to books.

               Levi has trouble properly using his fire and lightning powers.

Personality- He tells bad puns. Once you gain his trust you are like family. he is untrusting of humans. He isn't patient except when on the battlefield. He is selfless when with friends and family. Tries to spare his enemies. he is shy around new people. once he is comfortable with the people he is with he is a very loud and excitable person. He doesn't like taking orders from other people especially when they act all high and mighty. Even though he has a distaste for humans he still helps them if they are getting attacked. Levi looks up to other demons like Him and Aku, he one day wants to meet them.

History: Levi's father, a farmer named Lance from South Carolina, one day was plowing the field and all of the sudden he saw a woman with wings and a tail on the ground unconscious. His dad took her inside and nursed her back to health. When she finally woke up she attacked Lance and almost killed him until she realized what she was doing. She was fighting demon hunters when they tested out a new weapon and oh boy did it work. Lance was confused and scared that he was in a presence of a demon, but he also though she was quite pretty. the demon revealed her name to be Veronica and agreed to stay with Lance until she was better. Well, she got better, but stayed anyway over the months she started falling for Lance and Lance was in the same boat.

Some time had passed and they had twins, 2 boys to be exact. they named one Leon and the other one Levi. The day of the boys' 1st birthday the family was attacked by demon hunters and in the process Veronica was killed. before she died she bestowed her most powerful weapons to her sons, Leon was given a demonic shield and the power to control ice, and Levi was given a demonic sword and the power to control fire. Once Veronica was dead the demon hunters took Leon with them to be used as a weapon against the demons.

15 years has passed and on the day of their 16th birthday Levi left his home to travel the world and look for his brother. with his demonic powers he hopes to have his brother return home.

Due to Levi living in the far country and with no communication to the outside world Levi had no idea of Fuse's invasion. So he has decided to kill 2 birds with one stone by saving his brother and the world

You need to expand his personality, add more good traits and bad traits. Hating water is a preference not a personality trait.

Please note its been over 7 years since Fuse invaded, so either fuse attack before he was sixteen or long after.
