History: When the Nanite event hit, Shroud was one of the worst affected. The nanites in his body were malfunctioning ,and the cooling system caused his inside to freeze over. Shroud was frigid inside and out for years, so it was that which caused his eventual insanity. He was abandoned by everyone he loved because of his condition. Now he's lonely, in pain, and insane. He locked himself up into the Null Void so he wouldn't hurt others. The time in there wore him down, physically and mentally. When Fuse attacked, he escaped and is now roaming the darklands.

-He is able to freeze a limited number of nanites by contact. His malfunctioning nanites transmit a signal that cause
all nanites in the proximity to match the fault in Shroud's nanites for however long he stays in contact + around 10 seconds. Basically an "ice touch"
