-Grow A Limb: Like the name suggests, he is able to grow a small extra limb if needed (Medium)

-Increased agility: Thanks to his gelatinous body, Gar is extremely light weight which gives him increased agility in return. (Low)

Appearance

-Gar normally looks like an orange blob with a pair of antennas on his head and three yellow, pupil-less eyes with black stripes running down.

-In his human form, Gar looks like a normal human with a noticeable orange tint to his skin. He has shaggy, cherry-blonde hair and bright yellow eyes with pinprick pupils and is normally seen wearing a constant broad grin. Not understanding human fashion, he often wears a loose, black tank top with pink polka dots and tight, zebra striped pants with gray sandals. He has a somewhat shrill voice compared to other humans. He currently carries a pair of plasma whips which retract around his arms upon command.

Strengths

-Thanks to Gar's gelatinous body, he is very light-weight which allows him to be very agile.

-He is very smart when it comes to advanced technology, having even created some advanced weapons for his personal use.

-Gar has a very creative mind which allows him to create and enact his devious plans for chaos and destruction.

Weaknesses

-Gar is extremely allergic to cats (Although he still tries to play with them).

-Gar cannot stand cold temperatures as it causes his body to solidify, making it very hard to accomplish simple tasks.

-Gar's mind is broken which makes him act very childish and also causes his morals to be almost nonexistent. It has also created a false god inside his mind who he "worships" blindly to justify his destructive/chaotic personality.

Personality

-Gar is a very insane/mentally unstable person who is very childish. He greatly loves chaos and destruction, often blindly "worships" a God created by his broken mind to somewhat justify his cause for destruction and chaos against anyone, good or evil. Aside from his insanity, he is an extremely happy and energetic being, constantly talking to anyone about anything, whether they listen or not.

-Although he might mostly seem extremely happy, he often battles with the different voices inside of his broken mind, sometimes talking and shouting out loud which breaks through the mask he semi wears and truly shows his insanity.

History

Garillisreliumesquirelelagram Gnarrn The Fifth was born on the moon Myceto, home to the Protost species. He had shown troubling signs of being mentally unstable and an early age, often enjoying hurting other children and destroying things. As time progressed his condition has only grown worse, his devious interactions with other people only becoming greater, sometimes even bringing them to the edge of death for his own twisted sense of humor.

At the age of ten years old his broken mind soon created a false God under the name of Reigner. Gar blindly "worships" Reigner as a way to justify his destructiveness and chaotic persona. Thanks to this "God" he soon started to try to assassinate the leader of his world, under the impression that great things would happen if he successfully did so. After his fourth failed attempt at trying to claim the Leader's life to please Reigner he was swiftly placed into an isolated prison deep inside Myceto away from his fellow Protosts. After a year of discussion, the leader of Myceto and his advisers made the decision to exile Gar from the planet, rather than killing him like so many common-folks wanted them to. He was equipped with a universal translator and was blasted towards Earth in a pod that would act like a small home for him which also included a small lab for him to build things.

Gar landed on Earth in the outskirts of Peach Creek in the year 2047 and has seen Fuse's invasion as a perfect opportunity to wreck havoc on the unsuspecting humans for both his amusement and to "please" Reigner. He assumed the guise of a human who "mysteriously" disappeared and has since been a destructive being against most humans.

-He has a somewhat poor understanding of the English language, causing him to either say things incorrectly or use incorrect grammar.

I would suppose that the Plumbers may be too busy in their fight against Fuse. Although, I could add in that the Plumbers are highly alerted of his presence if you feel that would be for best.
