Appearance: Skyler has a fair olive complexion, vibrant green eyes and a single small mole located near his left eyebrow. He stands at 6'1 height, and weighs 202. He is fairly lean, but has an increasingly visible muscle mass thanks to his training. Given his Native American heritage, his hair is black and silk-like, extending all the way to his shoulders. However, he prefers to maintain it in a ponytail, enabling him to move freely without obstructing his eyesight. Near the end of his left arm, a small jagged scar runs up to his knuckle, result of an old and bitter childhood memory. His usual attire consists of a dark green t-shirt, and his favorite black pullover sweatshirt. He wears anything from jeans to camo pants to compliment the rest of his outfit. He prefers wearing any kind of flexible sneakers or civi combat boots, allowing maneuverability.

Race/Species: Caucasian and Native American. Mostly Human/partially Eldar.

Alignment: Neutral Good.

Affiliation: His family has an extensive history of being affiliated with the Terra Corporation; an organization of superheroes dedicated to defending planet Earth and it's allies from any internal or external threat.

Origins: Despite his ancestors origins, Skyler received none of the perks other than a heightened level stamina than the average human. His powers manifested when the Fusions made first contact, and he was forced to fight for his life. During the violent scuffle, Skyler managed to conquer a deeply seated fear of his and dived in to save a mysterious young man, who in return "granted" him strength in the form of a peculiar vial. This allowed him to join the population of Super-humans that currently roam the Earth.

Powers: Electrokinesis - Skyler can manipulate light and electrical particles at his will, as well as control or disable any mechanism or machine that require electricity to function. He can also create, shape and manipulate magnetic fields to his whim. His abilities with electrical powers range in various forms as: Electrical absorption, Geoelctric manipulation, and Ion manipulation, etc.
- The drawback on these abilities however, can be immense.
- Shooting bolts of electricity out of his hands or feet too many times will cause them to go numb. This is the same for any other body part.
- His Ion manipulation can and will spiral out of control if he is not careful. Resulting in several electromagnetic explosions as a result.
- He does not posses unlimited power. His energy level determines how long he can use these abilities. If he runs out, he is effectively powerless until he rests. He can choose to use his raw life force in exchange for energy, but this can result fatal.

Light Element - A mysterious and ancient element only known to be older than time or space itself. It taps into the very basis of Mana or "Imaginary energy" to control light. Skyler has limited control over this power, but can sometimes manifest it and bend the flow of energy around him to heal, purge, or protect whoever he is targeting.
- Despite not being able to fully control this power, it can result in memory loss and other unprecedented effects.
- The full extent of what it can even do has yet to be discovered.

Strengths:
-Growing up with superheroes as parents has given him plenty of creative free time both as a child and a teenager. This creativity has been able to pull him out of many dangerous situations.
- While the absence of superpowers his whole life has occasionally put him at a disadvantage against his peers, he learned other effective ways of defending himself thanks to consistent training with combat masters his mother once had. One of them included a peculiar katana wielding hero, who simply vanished one day.
- He excels at gathering information thanks to his fascination with the super-powered kind. Eventually, he started doing the same with the worlds villains, something that he did in preparation in case any tyrannical monkey decided to set up base near his locale.
- While he hates stubbornness, he hates giving up even more. To Skyler, every problem has a solution, even if you have to travel to the worlds end to find it.
- The Native American tribes raised Skyler with intensive training about wildlife and survival. He is far from a survivalist, but is much more comfortable in the wild than the average guy.
- His ability to tinker with electronic devices succesfully has proved beneficial to several people throughout the years.

Weaknesses:
- Often times he believes he has to prove himself in order to be better accepted by his super-powered peers. More often that not, this has gotten him kidnapped or hurt by the opposing villain. This has turned him into an easy target for super-villains, and regrettably turned Skyler into the butt of many jokes.
- A childhood trauma involving an infamous Gotham villain affected him more than he is willing to admit. Whenever in a tense situation with a supervillain, he can sometimes only imagine the time where he failed to act and let an entire family die before his eyes. A panic attack settles soon after, crippling him.
- His dwindling self confidence can sometimes put him into a position where he questions his own abilities, or even his family's view on him. At his lowest points, he views himself as nothing but a burden to them.

Likes: After seeing a guy face-plant into a garbage can while riding a zero-gravity hoverboard across an entire power line, he knew he needed to experience that for himself.
- Making custom hover vehicles from extra parts he "borrowed" from Dexlabs.
- Remaking old dexlab products, or re-imagining them to make something completely new.

Dislikes: Gotham City. He never was a city guy to begin with.
- Ever since he choked on a brussel sprout when he was five, they have turned into his second worst enemy.

Personality: If you ever needed a better example of a comic book fanboy, Skyler fit the description like a glove. The only difference is that he grew up being raised the very people he read in said books. The tendency to build the strangest contraptions as child earned him the nickname Sparky from his best friend. For one, because of how many times they sparked and blew up his face, and secondly, because of how many times ideas began sparking in his head immediately after. Skyler often tries to hold that "glass half full" personality wherever he goes, but isn't always agreeable on things. In fact, his unsavory habit of arguing with people is potentially his biggest drawback. Despite this, Skyler vehemently despises confrontation. He thinks people that fight for the sake of fighting are either bored out of their minds, or people who probably eat crayons for breakfast.

Biography: In a world where superpowers are commonplace, where cities could exist underwater, soaring across the skylines, and deep underground, hidden from the naked eye; and where your local meteor punching superhero could be attending an every day middle school or running the grocery store down the street, a young man named Skyler Haven lived in an every day Subrubs, attempting to find his own identity. Skyler was born to two acclaimed superheroes, Fiona Blanchfield, a genetically enhanced Captain of the G3; a caring but sometimes overprotective mother wanting nothing but the best for her children, and Neil Haven, a ring wielding hero; the stricter but tough-love type of father that helped Skyler through the harsher parts of his life.
As a child, Skyler grew up under the influence and care of multiple people, his parents weren't always present due to their jobs and duties as guardians of Earth. It was this way that he met his two best friends, Nick, a stout and rowdy teen, and Aurora, a thrill seeking and outgoing young woman. These two played a major part in Skyler's formative years, and the many years to come.
Through his friends, his interest in tinkering with old devices grew into what it became now. In his local neighborhood, Skyler is known as a tech guru by the old-timers. Although, you could change HDMI settings and they would still think you're a genius for doing that. Regardless, his skills managed to aid a good number of kids from wasting their taros on new hoverboards. In his later years, he would often take a few parts from the Dexlab and S.A.C.T surplus warehouses to build his own unique inventions. While Nick would insist it was stealing, Skyler reassured him he can't really steal what wasn't wanted anymore. This was always an ongoing discussion with them.
But, regardless of the ethics in Skyler's "borrowing without asking permission" argument, these inventions helped him escape the claws of many supervillains who have tried to kidnap him, time after time. Being the prime target for a hostage wasn't exactly fun, so he needed to find ways to scheme his way out of that. It got to the point where he noticed patterns in a villains evil plan, they did the exact same thing, every evil speech, every diabolical invention, and every overly dramatic cackle had a method to the madness. This fueled his desire to write about them in his journal. Eventually, he had a several hundred page log of both villains and heroes. It described their appearance, weaknesses, strengths, and up to what their favorite snack was. It was sort of like Skyler's ongoing Magnum Opus of Earth's mightiest beings, on either end of the moral spectrum.

It all felt like it would never change, while there were hiccups along the way, and there were memories he would rather forget, shoved deep into his mind after the Gotham incident, he was determined to leave that behind. He would continue on in life, knowing he could recover from whatever hardship came in his way... Until the Invasion happened, that is.
When the Fusions came, no soul on Earth was prepared for the havoc and destruction they would bring. Skyler soon realized he would have to come face to face with what he feared most, and the fact that he would have to brave those fears in order to survive the next day. It was this very event that granted him his powers, and what started a chain of events that would put nearly everything believed into question. This invasion was only the catalyst. Soon, some of Earth's darkest and hidden secrets would be dug up from the shallow grave they were buried in. After all, some secrets were just never meant to be discovered.

Unfortunately, while Teen Titans exists in this universe, the rest of the DC world is left vague, almost as if it doesn't exist, but does at the same time. The reason Titans were planned for Retro was that they could work without Batman and the others. Eldar is fine, but Kryptonian is not.

At the end of this, you should put Super-Human, since he is human with heightened abilities.

This isn't really something to fix, but more so a head's up. In this universe Jack is very mysterious and hasn't been around the world for long. But being his pupil is still great.

Dislikes: Gothams infamous villain, The Scarecrow. With a passion.

Just like above, Gotham/Scarecrow exist, yet they don't exist. Ambiguous/vague references are fine. Perhaps saying "an infamous toxic supervillain" might work better? idk i'm grasping with words to replace that

While you can make a vague reference to a ring bearing superhero being his father, saying Green Lantern outright isn't allowed. Sailor Moon exists as media in this universe, and all characters and plots in it are considered fictional, (I'm sorry!) Perhaps his mother can be some sort of other superhero related to CN?

How is cataloging super heroes and villains along with strengths and weakness, a strength? That seems like its more a hobby and a like than anything.

I get ya, I'll fix that first one.

As for the Skyler cataloging heroes and villains, he's been able to learn a lot about the villains of the world by doing this, up to the point where he would know to do, for the most part, in order get out of a confrontation unscathed if one were to attack his hometown or him. I added it as a strength mainly because his fascination with villains allowed him to be more savvy about them.

So wouldn't a better way to say that is he excels with gathering information as a means to be prepared?
