Marcus Snart, the Hacking Vigilante

Appearance: Blue cap, black sunglasses, short hair, blue leather jacket with black shirt inside, black baggy pants, and orange high-tops. Wears a small, black rectangular backpack and wears a face mask whenever he's doing criminal things.

Strengths: Good at shooting any ranged weapons,parkour, melee combat

Weaknesses: Can be offensive at times which could escalate into a huge problem, relies too much on hacking, can't swim

Personality: He is very charismatic and social, but he is very racist towards aliens, and people with magical powers. His gangster-like persona will either be off putting or entertaining towards other people. Although he looks nothing like it, he likes nerdy things, and doesn't reveal it. Marcus is very selfish he doesn't care about anyone else, but himself. He will kill without guilt, and will live the next day as if nothing happened. He won't even give any attention to the on-going war with the fusions.  

History: Marcus had it very rough as a child. He lived in the slums of San Francisco, and his family had many problems. His father was caught guilty as a drug lord criminal and sentenced to life in prison, where he would be stabbed and killed.His mom died from AIDS early in his life, which made him and his older brother than him, orphans.

Marcus used his love for the internet and technology as a way out from all the problems he's endured. Because of his skills in technology, he was recruited to be a KND operative. He served as numbuh 360, until he turned 13, the year he was supposed to be decommissioned. Marcus was very bitter about this, and had harsh feelings towards the KND organization afterwards.

He went through the decommissioning process, but the machine malfunctioned, and he only lost half of his memories from his KND days. He didn't reveal to them about it because he wanted to keep the memories, but still had to leave. Shortly after, his brother, who he clashed with frequently, manipulated Marcus to join the teen ninjas.

He devoted 5 years to the teen organization, battling his former KND comrades, and adults, until he turned 18, and was forced to retire. His life would then take him to joining his brother as a partner in crime. They were very succsessful, due to Marcus' hacking abilities, and were able to escape from the cops every single time.

They didn't always work alone though, some dangerous people decided it was time to silence Marcus and his brother. His brother would die by pushing Marcus into cover from a drive-by shooting. Marcus would get revenge, and kill the criminals, but his spirit would be broken. He had lost all his family, and was all alone. He turned his life towards crime, and with the use of his hacking helping him, there's nothing stopping him.

Allegiance wouldn't be Criminal, it would be evil, neutral or good.

Ethnicity wouldn't be be just black. It would be African American or if he migrated from Africa, it would be whatever country he is from.

Weaknesses, being very selfish is a personality trait, explain why its a weakness.

History needs more to it. Like what was his life like before he was KND and during his years as KND and a teen ninja. How did he escape decommissioning? How did he get involved in the war?

You do not need to include weapons, but being able to hack anything is a bit much.

The history needs to expanded on.
How impactful was his parent's death to the boys? You mention how he became a criminal hacker. Explain how he learned how to do that, and how he became a criminal. Explain about the mission that killed his brother. Expand more on how his brother's death impacted him. The way it is now, it just seems like he did one thing cause of it and moved on.

He served them until he turned 13, the year he was supposed to be decommissioned. Before his memories could be washed away his brother, number 359 persuaded Marcus to join the teen ninjas with him. They would devote 5 years of their lives until number 359 would be killed during a mission. They're death would lead to Marcus leaving the teen ninjas and turn his life to crime and hacking.

How was his brother both a teen ninja and a KND operative? If his brother is a twin, that would mean they got decommissioned at the same time. When did his brother find the time to join the ninjas?

Yeah, he might say something offensive if he doesn't mean it to be that way, and it could escalate into altercations, etc. He's just a jerk tbh

Then say that in the weakness, cuz where you have it atm, it's not very weakness like.
