Appearance: 6'1", black hair with a slight spike to it at the bangs, sky blue eyes, athletic physique. Often seen wearing a blue undershirt with a red jacket, a black wristwatch to keep track of time, a normal pair of blue jeans and a standard set of black and white sneakers.
Strengths:
1. Selective-Photographic Memory, meaning if he knows he needs to remember something, he will be able to.
2. Ability to fight in Mushin state (Mushin is basically a form of fighting in which all form of higher thought or reaction is abandoned, leaving your body more instinct/reaction prone to battle and unreactive of the emotions that take place in battle. A calmed state of mind.)
3. Natural Swordsplay Skill
Weaknesses:
1. Poor reaction time with guns (Being a natural with swordsman skills, he needs time to aim a gun in order to attack correctly)
2. Cannot enter the Mushin state if he is already mad prior to trying.
3. Cannot lie well. He can try to lie, but unless it is mostly truthful, he will generally always be obviously lying.
Personality:
He's not the type of person to be happy-go-lucky all the time. He's a more serious type of person, but all the same, he will laugh at something he genuinely finds funny. He's also not the type to scare, especially while in the Mushin state. He will protect his friends, having learned not to leave anyone to die. He is very respectful, generally not showing anyone disrespect unless they have, in his eyes, earned it.

His social skills are not the best, too. He's okay in most situations, but there are some, such as when a girl asks about love advice, that he'd be clueless as to what needed to be said. This stems from his background of being a part of the homeschooling system.

However, if you do decide to make him mad, that's where the fun begins. He has a hard time forgiving people who make him mad, generally taking a long time to do so. But, likewise, if you make him happy, he'll quickly learn to call you a friend and try to help you. If provoked enough, however, even friends can end up on his hated list.
History:
Being a mere teen, Blake's life tended to be one of ease. He was home schooled, not really having the type of parents that wanted him hanging out with the wrong crowd. At least, not since the chaos of the world started happening. Villains seemed to be everywhere to his parents, even in school.

They wanted their son to become a worker with a high paying job, though not a doctor or a lawyer to avoid..unsavory characters. His dream, however, was to enlist into a special fighting force of some kind one day, and he trained a good deal for that in his free time. His parents, of course, did not approve, but let him do as he wished with this. The sole reason being that they believed it to be a phase that would soon pass.

Then Fuse's forces attacked. His parents knew what Blake was thinking, and had forbade him to take part in the war. They did not want to lose their son like so many of their family friends had. It seemed as though his parents would never see just how much he needed to do this.

Then, tragedy struck, and Blake's father, Mike, ended up in the hospital from an attack by a group of fusion-matter infused machines not too long after. He had been driving home, and was pulling into the road when it happened. Ironically, if not for Blake disobeying them and trying to go join the war without their blessing, he wouldn't have been there to save his father from a death at the hands of the creature.

It was then that Blake made his stand to his parents, saying that this happened every day to people and would continue to unless this war ended. They all knew Mike had gotten off with a rather lucky break, only thanks to their son. He also informed his parents that if they did not let him leave willingly, he would do so without their blessing.

With heavy hearts, his parents sent him off to go join the war against Fuse, under the condition he had to return to them, no matter what. They did not want to see their son become another victim of the war.
