RPC and User usage

While most of the older Rpers know this from the skype chat and from live, users are allowed to use 2 rpc characters. You must keep them IC as much as you can if you do and you can not change anything about the account. I am however placing a grace period of having to be in the rp for more than a month to use them. Other mitigating factors will apply in this as well. If you wish to be allowed to use one, please PM me and tell me which rpcs you wish to use.
