Strengths: Specializes in fighting using blasters and swords. Intelligence in creating  battle strategies. Distracting enemies
Weaknesses: His arrogance. Unable to counter magic and being easily provoked.
Personality: Hunter can be a bit arrogant and ignorant to other people and will not take lightly to insults that are aimed at him. He tends to make fun of others misfortune but he knows that there is a limit to it. However, there is a soft spot in him. He can also be brave, and stands up for the weak being threatened, which was shown when joining Dexter in the war against fuse. He is loyal and devoted to his cause. He is not cowardly and will fight until the very end. He has an interest in the paranormal.
History: Hunter was born to a loving family and lived a normal life. In school, however it was the opposed. He was bullied and made fun of due to his strange long white hair. He had enough of it and fought off his bullies. He became a loner for awhile before the gaining friends who were like him who were once bullied, which is where he gained his arrogant and ignorant personality. When the war began and Dexter was recruiting for soldiers he decided to take a stand against Fuse much like how he took a stand against his bullies along with his friends. In battle when fighting against the fusion monsters, he and his friends were winning. Hunter was nearly killed by a monster until he was passed a blaster from his friend and shot it. His friend however, was attacked by a remaining monster. Caught by surprised, Hunter quickly shot it while his friend was right next to it. The impact of the blast caused his friend to go flying into a pool of fusion matter. He eventually died in the matter. Hunter, felt guilty for his death and took his friends necklace and decides to wear it in his memory.

what kind of intelligence does he posses that makes it a strength?

For the personality, there needs to be more. He has one positive trait that isn't much. He needs more to balance out the bad.

In what is he intelligent in? In general? Battle tactics? Sword and guns?

Being outnumbered isn't really a weakness exclusive to him.

He's over negative, add some positives to make him more rounded.

I don't really think, in this universe anyway, that having weird hair warrants getting bullied. The Puffs were five year super powered girls, Ben was a kid that could transform into multiple aliens at the age of 10, etc. Having a not normal hair color shouldn't really be an issue. Maybe he was bullied for being a wimp that couldn't stand up for himself?
