Powers:
Diamond Generation- To extent, creates multiple uneven sized shards into the ground or walls. These are mostly used towards enemies defensively. Can shield herself by creating walls, which roughly stands around her height. Also can shoot shards of crystals from her right arm, shards are roughly size of pencils and do medium power attack damage.
Crystalkinesis- creates and moves shards, in sense controling generate crystral. With her right hand, is able to create large shards size of two car tires, but her left is only able to create small eraser sized ones. Creating large shards, takes 2-4minutes where small shards take roughly 2-5seconds. This is roughly use for range, and can only do this ability if she has time on her side. Large: High dps, Small: Low Dps
Diamond Weapon- Able to generate a razor blade on right arm, used for slashing and blocking attacks. This attack ranges to low to medium power, where medium for slashing ends up abling to cut through objects.
Energy Redirection, Absorption and Refraction - If energy beam hits is able to block or absorb the energy with her right arm. If she redirects the energy, it depends on how strong the enemy user shot out the original attack. Once aborb enegry, she's able to refracted the attack. Attack damage is depended on how much dps is released from the target. (Medium to High damage, depends)
Heat Resistance- Effects only in places where she's covered in crystals.

Her height is roughly 6'1, she is quite tall due to her arm. Behind her back, she has one large shard sticking out her left shoulder. Her right is a broken off shard, no longer can be regenerated. Also on her back, smaller shards can be sticking up by her neck and backbone. Left hand, there's actually a spiked up watch, so she can tell the time. Golden earrings on both ears, also her hair is dye blue that isn't diamond dust lingering on her. Her teeth is diamond (which is has slight point) and normal human teeth, so she got quite a shine everyday.

Strengths:
She a strong fighter, and has an ideal sense when to block or to hit the target. She is quick on her feet, able to move one place to another with simple dodge and roll.
She has a lot of upper body strength, and lower leg strength, meaning she can lift with her right arm and is a great runner.
Her left arm is great for reaching small places, such as an object stuck in hole or something caught behind a wall.
She can break almost anything with her teeth, due to some of her diamond teeth.

Weaknesses:
She is vulnerable to sonic vibrations. While a stereo blast might cause her to splinter, certain ultra-high-pitched sound waves can cause her to completely shatter and might even fall unconscious. Especially her right arm, and legs being completely shattered, wouldn't be able to walk.
The large shard on her back can leave her stuck to a wall or on other surfaces that they get knocked into.
For heat resistance, only effects her crystalized parts of her body, the rest of her where she is skinned can cause burns.
Has a weak left arm, is able to lift some but not a lot, sometimes has back-pain due to her shattered right side of her back.

Personality: She a natural dork, not a smart type but rather what she likes. She into books such Sci-fi and fantasy sometimes realistic. She rather a rude person, but is naturally friendly towards neutral types than hero types. Her mind is full of insane thoughts leading to have a sketchy attitude about certain things. Inspired by other villian often trys to become, or convinces them to letting her be an assistance. In battles she more teasing-like then serious fighting. She absolutely loves hard candy, especially purple/grape jolly ranchers.

History:
Kobalt was born as so, her mother and father worked on earth as both as Plumbers. Her mother(human) worked as researcher and her father(Petrosapien) combat support, they kind of just ran into each other since they're both dorky beings. Koby was a only child, she grew up on her own, and not having as any friends so she didn't learn as much. Her father was always way too busy and her mother was around but she didn't seem to care as much. Koby was lead to negative thoughts, when her family decided to be connect more was to bring her to Plumber base, she mostly roam the place while her family got too busy and never paid attention until the end of the day. Her thoughts lead her to malicious villians that were being hold, giving her ideas that released them and telling how the world really is since Koby never been around other heroes except hearing of Ben 10. When the war started, she was 15 of age, she was rude towards people who fought the villians, she thought the villian had ideas and wise words made more sense than heroes. She had no respect for her parents anymore over those years, when fuse's monsters attacked the Plumbers base her parents worked at, that's when she made a run for it. Five years pass, she hasn't heard from her parents since then but she learned to respect neutrals who can't pick a side, and learned to love the small things in life. Also finds villians very inspirational, and oftens trys to work along side with them, since she finds them more with wisedom.

I edit it, to medium to high damage, but in all honestly it just depends on the targets attack power that being released for her to counter it.

Example,
Target releases a high damage beam, Koby refracts the same beam, as High damage.
