We've allowed cyborg characters, I don't see why not. Just as long as they aren't dragon ballish in anyway.

Hello and welcome! Sorry my greeting is late compared to the others; rather busy and I'm a little useless. Like the others have said, please read the rules as that is our only requirement (knowing the universe is simply an added bonus). I'm interested to see your villain OC cause I haven't seen many popping up.
